Through the TWNOG platform, we work to promote the development of the Internet in Taiwan and to enhance the quality of its infrastructure. The Internet is an open and interconnected environment in which all parts are closely linked. As the Internet continues to grow rapidly and the issues derived from it become increasingly complex, bringing together the strength of the network community is key to further advancing Internet development. TWNOG promotes the advancement of high-quality network technologies in Taiwan, cultivates skilled professionals in network-related fields, and builds a strong foundation for sustainable, high-quality network development. TWNOG also establishes channels for technical exchange and discussion on network operations and maintenance within the community, accumulates technical expertise among domestic network operations personnel, strengthens horizontal communication and collaboration, and builds cooperative relationships with other NOGs around the world.

APNIC Policy Fellow 2026 banner The APNIC Policy Fellowship is a pilot program designed to support emerging leaders in the APNIC community who are interested in Internet resource policy. Over 18 months, Fellows engage in a deep dive into the Policy Development Process (PDP), collaborating with mentors and peers to research, develop, and propose policies that respond to evolving technical and industry needs. Throughout the program, APNIC provides a structured and well-supported experience, including interactive webinars, curated learning materials, mentorship from policy experts, and opportunities for hands-on engagement with the community. This immersive experience helps Fellows build skills in policy analysis, communication, and collaboration — preparing them to become active contributors to APNIC’s policy discussions and potentially transition into public policy roles across government, academia, and Internet-related organizations.

APNIC Fellowship 2026 banner Every year, APNIC provides fellowships — financial support and guidance — to members of the Asia Pacific Internet community in the APNIC service region. The fellowship program enables community, especially members from Emerging or Developing economies, to participate in an online, structured learning and development activities. It also includes financial support to attend APNIC conferences and engage with, and learn from, recognized international experts. The APNIC Fellowship Program aims to support broad and inclusive participation from the Internet community, encouraging involvement from individuals who may be underrepresented in APNIC conferences and activities.
